Summary: Das zweistöckige Haus ist sehr geräumig, verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, eine sehr großzügige Wohnküche, eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus (von der Straße nicht einsehbar) und eine Sauna (gegen einen geringen Aufpreis nutzbar). Der Amselweg ist auf einem kleinen Hügel in Binz, etwas ab vom Trubel der Innenstadt gelegen und zu Fuß kann von hier aus alles sehr gut erreicht werden. Die Ausstattung im Haus lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Neben zwei Fernsehern (mit DVD-Player) und WIFI im ganzen Haus gibt es noch eine Bluetooth-fähige Stereoanlage und eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner. In beiden Etagen im Haus gibt es eine Fußbodenheizung. Die Küche ist vollständig und weit über das übliche Maß von Ferienwohnungen ausgestattet. Neben Cerankochfeld und Umluftherd gibt es eine Abzugshaube, Mikrowelle, eine Spülmaschine, Toaster, Eier- und Wasserkocher und eine vollständige Ausstattung an Kochgeschirr. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
